Laura Northup promoted to Vice President of Development

Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Laura Northup to Vice President of Development. Laura has worked for Mullin & Lonergan Associates (M&L) for more than six years, bringing professionalism and growth to the company’s business. Laura is a recognized leader within the affordable housing industry and is knowledgeable in a variety of programs including Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal HOME funds, Historic tax credits, Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development programs, Federal Home Loan Bank AHP, and others. Additionally, Laura’s experience includes working with Public Housing Authorities and Redevelopment Authorities, as well as, for profit and non-profit development entities.

In her new position, we anticipate Laura’s input and business production will be multifold. As Vice President of Development, Laura will be responsible for oversight of all M&L housing products in addition to working with potential new clients seeking services from M&L.

A national firm, with offices in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh and 51 years of experience, M&L has assisted in creating 4,328 units of affordable housing totaling investments of $749,269,919.
