M&L Compliance Management will be offering a 2-day training event on October 17 and 18, 2017 in Harrisburg, PA.

Day 1 of the training will focus on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) basics, asset and income calculation and compliance. Day 1 of the training would be perfect for the individual who may be new to LIHTC or may just need a refresher and to learn about the newest compliance regulations.

Day 2 will focus on critical elements of the LIHTC program to include Eligible Basis, Qualified Basis, Applicable Fraction and Utility Allowances. This day will offer the opportunity to learn more about the development and financing of LIHTC projects and to help prepare individuals who are interested in taking the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) exam, which will be offered during the afternoon of Day 2.

The HCCP exam is one step in attaining the HCCP designation and MLCM is an official proctor of the exam. HCCP is the nationally recognized designation that establishes the standard of excellence in program knowledge, expertise, and integrity for all areas of the affordable housing tax credit industry.
