In Memory of Emilie Richey who passed peacefully on August 25, 2017. Emilie served as Development Finance Manager for Mission First Housing Group in Philadelphia. She spent longer than 22 years with Mission First, dedicated to developing and preserving critical affordable housing. Emilie was one of the earliest WHF-PA members, and many of our members worked with her in different capacities over the years. She was a good friend and colleague to many in this community. We are very saddened by her passing, and she will be missed. The following is a link with information on funeral service arrangements to occur on Saturday, September 2, 2017.
