Exploring private investment in underserved housing markets.

Seven years into an uneven recovery, escalating housing costs in parts of the Philadelphia area are putting financial pressure on many workers, especially those from low, moderate, and middle-income households. Yet with scarce public sector housing subsidies and uncertain incentives, private investment remains central to maintaining housing options that are competitive and affordable for workers living in our communities and to our region’s growth.

Come discuss the local housing market conditions, hear what other cities are doing and from leaders and practitioners on the ground on both sides of the river to explore what is possible here in Greater Philadelphia to ensure an adequate and equitable supply of housing.
