ManagementHousing Development Corporation MidAtlantic (HDC) is currently seeking a Director of Property Management. The Director is an executive level leadership position, responsible for overseeing property management operations. This position is based in Lancaster, PA. The Director is responsible for overall strategic direction of property management and overseeing an expanding 3,700+ unit affordable housing portfolio in the MidAtlantic region. They ensure that the properties are managed to meet/exceed all financial, physical, regulatory, and industry performance standards and requirements while simultaneously meeting HDC’s social mission. The position is responsible for setting financial, operating, and growth goals that support HDC’s strategic direction and goals. Key responsibilities include annual work-planning, analysis of business development opportunities, identifying and planning for critical and emerging initiatives, and defining and structuring organizational resources for optimal performance. State College Borough: Planner, Senior (Redevelopment)
Location: State College Municipal Building
Starting Salary Range: $53,000 – $67,000

The Senior Planner (Redevelopment) is responsible for project management and implementation of a wide-range of redevelopment activities, including real estate, public finance and housing development. The incumbent is the main administrator of the Borough and Redevelopment Authority’s public-private partnership (P3) activities, Opportunity Zone development, and other public initiatives in housing, business support, and public infrastructure financing. The Senior Planner will provide leadership in a high-performing, cross-disciplinary team, with opportunities to significantly impact the future of State College.
Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, finance, accounting or related field, and two or more years’ experiencein real estate development and the coordination and issuance of financing tools; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
Master’s degree in planning, urban studies, public administration, real estate or a related field. Five years of responsible experience in positions with economic development and planning activities.
