Development by Presby’s Inspired Life in December 2018, Witherspoon Senior Apartments adds 60 units of affordable housing for adults 62 and better on the site of a vacant former nursing home. Witherspoon is Presby’s fourth community on the 58th Street Oasis, a campus that serves over 300 older adults in need in Southwest Philadelphia.
