On July 11, 2019, the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary released the RFP related to its disposition of PTS-owned apartment buildings in the East Liberty area of Pittsburgh.  The RFP seeks developers to repurpose the apartment buildings as affordable housing.  PTS anticipates master leasing a number of apartments from the developer for use by its students.  Proposals are due Aug. 30.
