Vote for the Community Design Collaborative’s short film: Miracle on 7th Street.

In 1999, Reverends Mary Moore and Martha Lang felt a calling to build affordable senior housing on vacant land next to their North Philadelphia church. They envisioned a bright, beautiful, and sustainable new home where residents could develop the skills to navigate an increasingly digital society.

Our short film chronicles how they overcame every hurdle along the way through their persistence… and the support of their congregation, the Community Design Collaborative, BWA Architecture + Planning, Philadelphia City Council, and many others.

Vote today and spread the word about this remarkable Philadelphia story!
