WHF-PA’s members are a diverse group of accomplished individuals drawn from all aspects of housing and finance throughout Pennsylvania. Members include professionals in architecture, banking, law, development, construction, insurance, title, investment banking, municipal finance, historic preservation, and more. We come from the private sector, from state, local, and federal agencies, from non-profit organizations and community groups.
WHF-PA offers periodic networking events throughout the State and aims to offer even more geographically diverse events in 2016.
Groups of 5 or more who register together are eligible for a group discount of $15 off each membership.
In 2015, WHF-PA held 5 networking and 4 educational events and had 109 members. We look forward to an even more impressive 2016 together!

The Housing Alliance hosts the 11th Annual Homes Within Reach Conference (“HWR”) November 16-18. The conference promises to offer three days of intense learning, engagement, and revelry with friends old and new. For anyone interested in immersing themselves in Pennsylvania affordable housing, HWR is a premium event!
Every year, I attend top-notch presentations at HWR, and this year will surely be the same. I have reviewed the schedule, and I want to give you my top picks – each panel led by WHF-PA members who are dynamic technicians. Some sessions overlap, but you can’t go wrong if you attend one of the sessions. Go to the links for more information!
WHF-PA recently hosted an informative panel discussion at the Pennsylvania Association of Housing and Redevelopment Authorities Conference out in Valley Forge. The session focused on the opportunities and challenges of developing affordable housing in suburban locations. Moderated by WHF-PA Steering member, Jaque Camp (Wallace, Roberts & Todd and a member of the King of Prussia Planning Commission), the panel consisted of Lopa Kolluri (Pennrose Development Company) and Nannette Livadas (Mercer County Housing Authority).
