Christine (Chris) Paul, Esq., Vice President of Development, brings 15 years of affordable housing and community development experience to Diamond and Associates. Trish Schoor is the Administrative Systems Manager for Regional Housing Legal Services.  She has been in the affordable housing and community development industry for more than 20 years.  Trish has also worked as a CDBG administrator in county government in Lancaster and Bucks Counties, as well as the  Director of Resource Development for Habitat for Humanity in Buck County and Membership Coordinator for the PA Low Income Housing Coalition (now the Housing Alliance).   www.rhls.org
