Are you a WHF PA member who attends construction meetings or other development team meetings in which you are one of the only women present? Are you sometimes challenged by gender-biased interactions at these meetings?

WHF PA members, Chris Paul and Jaque Camp are convening a WHF PA working group to discuss strategies for managing gender issues on the construction site or in development team meetings. We envision this group meeting a few times over the next year in person and/or by conference call. We are hoping that as a group, we can help brainstorm strategies to help us manage our own situations better.

The initial meeting is for WHF PA members only.
