WHF-PA congratulates member Megan McGinley on her promotion to Associate, Kitchen & Associates.  From Kitchen & Associates:

Megan has contributed her creativity and leadership to various scales of design within K&A’s affordable housing practice.  She has ushered projects through all stages of low income and historic tax credit funding, design, and construction. Educated in architecture and environmental psychology, Megan is committed to creating thoughtful design solutions rooted in responding to the needs of her client, contractor, budget, and end-users. As an Associate, Megan will continue her deep commitment to sustainability, passion for preservation, and understanding of the technical requirements and communication that are essential for successful project outcomes. Megan serves on the Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia Construction and Site Acquisition Committee and the Board of Directors for the Community Design Collaborative. She has worked on the award-winning projects, Gloria Casarez Residence and Ruth Williams House, both in Philadelphia, PA, and Gloria Robinson Court Homes in Jersey City, NJ.
