Cinnaire welcomes members – and friends – of Women in Housing and Finance-PA to join us for a cocktail reception at 8 PM on Wednesday, December 6^th as part of the Homes Within Reach conference.  WHF-PA members and others interested in the organization are welcome to come celebrate the conclusion of the first day of this important event supporting affordable housing in Pennsylvania.
