Rada Lisitsa is an Assistant Vice President / Capital Markets Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo’s Community Lending and Investment group.  Based in Philadelphia, she underwrites tax credit equity investments for developers located in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Her experience includes 9% LIHTC, historic tax credits, and tax exempt bond transactions, as well as 80/20 deals.  Rada has been with the group for over five years and previously served as a Credit Analyst, structuring construction financing for affordable housing projects.  As a Credit Analyst, Rada assisted in closing $112+ million in commitments consisting of construction loans, lines of credit, and land acquisitions.  She began her career at Wells Fargo interning in the Commercial Real Estate group.  Rada received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Drexel University.
